Our comprehensive management program and ISO compliant quality control plan along with a strong client partnership, proactive management philosophy and system thinking thought process is the reason we continuously provide premier O&M services to all of our clients.


With over 100 years of combined experience in the facilities services industry, our Operations Team consists of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil engineers who have developed a proven, systematic project management approach focusing on continuous improvement.


The health and welfare of our employees is very important to EML.  We have shown this commitment by continually investing in our safety program, which has proven successful, by keeping our Total Recordable Incidence Rate well below the industry average.


EML’s programs undergo constant improvement, updating and revising as a result of feedback and recommendations from our clients, on-site personnel, Corporate Program Management and Executive Committee. EML’s Rules of Quality:

EML’s services include, but are not limited to, facility management, operations & maintenance, custodial, grounds, refuse, pest control, BSVE, vertical transportation equipment, utilities, environmental, and water and wastewater treatment.

What our customers are saying about us

The EML crew continues to work hard and find cost savings during the buildings downtown. We have seen a huge drop in our energy baseline and should continue to see that for a while. I don’t know for sure, but I imagine this problem has been here from the time the building reopened in 2012. The team we have now are fixing problems that the prior contractor never found.

To the Professionals of EML, I want to thank you for making Naval Air Station Whiting Field the absolute best-looking base in the United States Navy. Your hard work to maintain the grounds (especially the split rail/ponderosa fence) and keeping our building fully mission capable has not gone unnoticed. Your efforts make my base better!
