EML is an American Indian owned and operated company certified 8(a) BD and SDB by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The term of our 8(a) certification started on September 27, 2004 and concludes on September 27, 2013.

EML’s Quality Management System (QMS) is registered to the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 17025:2005 quality standards. Our QMS is composed of a number of key elements designed to verify the quality of our services and affect continual improvement at each of our project sites.
